BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Don Treadwell has a total of fourteen years' coaching experience at the major college level. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in the following areas: passing game coordinator, quarterbacks and receivers coach, running backs coach, offensive coordinator and defensive secondary. Prior to his present position with Michigan State, Don held positions at the following institutions: Boston College, Stanford University, University of Cincinnati, Miami University - Ohio, Youngstown State University, University of Dayton and North Carolina State University. Don also spent two summer sessions at the San Francisco 49ers' Minority Coacing Fellowship Program.PERSONAL PROFILE:
Don Treadwell is one of the young, up-and-coming offensive coaches in Division I-A. He is bright, articulate and well-organized. Additionally, he has a solid work ethic and will bring excellent management and creative skills to the job. He makes an excellent first impression and is a very effective recruiter.
