The Level Playing Field™(LLC) is a comprehensive guide and database to assist in the identification and selection of African-American football coaches in the collegiate and professional arenas. The Level Playing Field will provide updated information and background data on selected qualified individuals to enable interested organizations to get an in-depth evaluation of some of the finest coaching talent in America. The database will be updated on a continuous basis and is expected to eventually contain between 250-300 individuals.

A Sample Database has been developed to introduce you to The Level Playing Field and to familiarize you with the information we provide.

Full Database access is offered on a yearly, Subscription basis. Subscribers will be given a password to enter the database which will be updated on a continuous basis as individuals change positions or organizations.

Since the hiring of coaches requires many in-depth interviews and significant reference checking, all of that information cannot be included in this database. The firm of Thomas N. Williams & Associates will provide additional research and professional insight for those individuals or organizations who desire assistance in these areas.
